Merit Badge Program
Please download the list of merit badges that can be earned. You can also visit either the Camp Chawanakee web site for more information about their programs.
Medical Form
Everyone going to summer camp needs a completed medical form. Parts and A and C need to be filled out by the parent or guardian. Part B needs to be filled out by a licensed health-care provider. Licensed health-care providers include physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants.
Prerequisites
All scouts going to summer camp shall have at least two overnight campout with Troop 849. Check out the Guidelines page to find out more.
