Banquet Locations
After each longterm hike the first order of business is to get a shower and then head for "real food". The following restaurants have been used by the Troop.
East Side of the Sierra's
All are on US Highway 395 and are listed from south to north.

Baskin-Robbins on the right. To get to Highway 99 south, take Stockdale Hwy east for 1 mile. Turn right onto Real Rd for 0.1 miles then turn left onto CA-58 east (Bakersfield Tehachapi Hwy). Go 0.1 miles and bear right on ramp to CA-99 south. | |
| Visalia | Sizzler 2121 W. Caldwell Ave. Visalia, CA 93277 (559) 625-1290 | Southwest corner of Mooney Blvd and Caldwell Ave. From points north: Exit Ave 280/Caldwell Ave off of Highway 99. Proceed east about 4 miles. Sizzler is on the right, just before Mooney Blvd. From Mineral King: Proceed about 25 miles on Mineral King Road to CA-198. Turn left onto CA-198. In 33 miles turn left onto CA-63 south (Mooney Blvd). Proceed south 2.0 miles and turn right on Caldwell Ave. Sizzler is on the left. Continue to Shady St. and make a U turn. Note: Mooney Blvd is heavily traveled on the weekend. An alternate route is advised. From Sequoia National Park: From the Ash Mountain entrance, proceed about 37 miles along CA-198 to CA-63 south (Mooney Blvd). Proceed south 2.0 miles and turn right on Caldwell Ave. Sizzler is on the left. Continue to Shady St. and make a U turn. Note: Mooney Blvd is heavily traveled on the weekend.
